Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn Iso Download For Dolphin Windows 10

Hey everyone, super newbie here! :)
I just have a few questions regarding using Gecko with Dolphin, for Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. I've been searching around for days now, and I haven't been able to figure this out, so if anyone could lend a helping hand, that'd be great :)
Uhh...okay, so, before I ask my questions, I would just like to point out that I have done several hours worth of research, and I've learned quite a lot about running Gecko on dolphin, and while I'm certainly no professional, I've taught myself hex, and have a somewhat general understanding of the values (very basic.) Basically what I'm trying to get at here is, umm...I'm not a complete idiot (some parts are missing,) and I'm not looking for anyone to hold my hand either. I can do whatever needs to be done, I just could use a prod in the right direction.
Okay, my first question has to do with skills. I'm on chapter 1-1, and I've been spending a lot of time trying to get familiarized with using Gecko on dolphin. So far, I've been able to get Nolan's codes to work (for the most part.) After inputting the necessary offsets for the codes on Dolphin, I can get the 99 exp code to work for Nolan just fine. However, when I try to edit his skills, the game will freeze when I look at his skills menu. I'm not sure why this is, but do skills need to be offset a certain amount as well? I mean, I know that character codes have the +B880 offset, but do skills count as items or something, in which case they need to be offset by -264B80? Basically, if I could figure out how to add the proper skills to him, that'd be great.
My next question has to do with class modifiers. I tried changing his class to Reaver, and when I went to see if it worked or not, his stats were completely messed up. He ended up having 29/0 HP, 19 Str, 0 Mag, 0 Skl (maxed out btw) 77 Spd, (also maxed out btw,) 0 Lck (Maxed out) 35 Def, and 0 Res (Maxed out.) Finally, where his class name should be (Reaver) there was a '(' symbol instead. The description also just has (what looks to me) to be a Japanese symbol. So...yeah, if anyone could tell me what the hell went wrong there, that'd be great, because I haven't got a clue lol.
Next, I would like to mention that the character specific codes for other characters doesn't seem to work at all. For example, if I try to give Micaiah or Edward 99 exp, the individual codes won't work for them, (unless I use the cheat where everyone has 99 exp, in which case they will.) This code seems to work for Nolan only, even though I gave Edward and Micaiah +B880 to their lines. Same thing goes for other individual codes, such as items in slot 1, or weapon level codes; they'll work for Nolan, but not for Edward or Micaiah. If someone could tell me what I'm doing wrong, that'd be great.
I've used codes for FE7 on my GBA emu, and there weren't character specific codes, only slots, so it confuses me that there are actually character specific codes for RD instead of slots. It seems to me that I have the right slot for Nolan, (which I believe I read somewhere that he's always the first slot or something anyways,) but I don't know by how much I'd have to offset it by to get to the next slot, for another character. I would also like to say that I tried using the stat modifier codes for the Fighter class, (to see if they'd work on Nolan,) they didn't, so I was wondering if stat modifiers counted as character codes and needed to be offset by +B880 or if they were something altogether different. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
Finally, I would like to add that I do know how to get Dolphin to run in debug mode, and I've looked at the memory viewer. I know how to go about changing the values in the memory viewer, the problem is, I don't know what exactly I'm supposed to look for when I use it. I understand that if needed, I could go into the memory viewer and find the certain values, subtract the gecko codes from it, and that'd be the offset I'd need to make codes work, but is there something specific I've got to be looking for in order to do this? Thanks for taking the time to read this, and if any of you could help me out with this, it would be very much appreciated :D
